The role focuses on cultivating referral networks, increasing census, and shaping strategic marketing efforts within behavioral health services for children and families. You will collaborate with admissions, clinical, and executive teams to ensure a seamless referral-to-admission process, while upholding high ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (healthcare admin, marketing, business) required; master's degree preferred
• 5 - 8 years of work experience in healthcare sales, behavioral health, or clinical field
• 3 years of work experience with social media branding
• Established referral network in behavioral health is a major plus
• Strong understanding of insurance/payer landscape
