Job summary

International Education Corporation's UEI College Tacoma Campus seeks an Admissions Coordinator to manage new student records and support the Director of Admissions in data management, financial aid follow-up, orientations, and campus reporting.

You will liaise with Admissions, Student Financial Services, and Education Departments to ensure complete enrollment paperwork and compliant processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with admissions representatives on applicant issues and enrollment paperwork.
• Liaise between Admissions, Student Financial Services, and Education Departments.
• Coordinate Financial Aid packaging with Admissions staff.
• Ensure follow-up on letters, enrollment certificates, and POG.
• Maintain Financial Aid calendar for admissions and Student Services.
• Prepare orientations and coordinates with department heads.
• Prepare visuals, maintain collateral, and sign-in sheets for start day.
• Follow up with students on missed appointments or missing documents.
• Assist the Director of Admissions with data for reporting (campus, seat availability, transcripts, whiteboard, POG/ATB).
• Ensure ATB tracking meets required standards and that all new students have a valid POG.
