Job summary

UEI College in Dallas, TX is seeking an Associate Director of Admissions to support the Director of Admissions in staffing, training and leading the campus Admissions Team. The role focuses on facilitating enrollments and maintaining compliance with applicable laws and accrediting standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in sales or customer service, plus post-secondary education experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience.
• 1 year prior post-secondary education experience required.
• Understanding of the education admissions process.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including problem solving and conflict resolution
• Ability to coach and manage a team

Responsibilities

• Staffing, training and managing the campus Admissions Team.
• Facilitating the selection and enrollment of qualified student applicants.
• Developing referrals and personal leads.
• Assisting in lead distribution to Admissions Team.
• Monitoring daily/weekly activities to meet admissions objectives.
• Conducting second interviews of prospective student enrollments.
• Motivating the Admissions Team to meet enrollment objectives while maintaining compliance.
• Ensuring inquiries, phone screens and interviews align with enrollment processes.
• Meeting or exceeding enrollment objectives as established by the Director of Admissions.
