Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily operations of the Admissions Department to meet census and occupancy goals.
• Manage admissions from initial inquiry through resident intake with a smooth experience for residents and families.
• Review referrals and screen prospective residents for admission criteria.
• Coordinate with nursing leadership and case managers to ensure timely admissions.
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits to meet financial and admission requirements.
• Oversee admission paperwork, medical documentation, and related records.
• Develop relationships with hospital discharge planners and other referral sources to increase referrals.
• Communicate facility services to residents, families, and referral partners.
• Coordinate resident support services including transportation and care needs.
• Lead outreach activities, facility tours, and health fairs.
