Job summary

Johns Hopkins University SAIS seeks an Associate Director of Admissions to lead recruitment, manage admissions systems, and oversee student ambassador outreach. You will supervise the Admissions Fellows program, administer Slate CRM communications, and coordinate campaigns across SAIS's global campuses.

Expect collaboration with Marketing Communications and travel for events. The role requires strategic planning, strong stakeholder collaboration, and operational excellence to advance enrollment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; five years progressively responsible related experience; edu substitutions allowed under the JHU equivalency formula.
• Experience with admissions processes, calendars, events, and outreach.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for an area of specialization.
• Direct manager for Admissions staff; mentorship and professional development.
• Chair Admissions committee processes and decision making for programs.
• Deliver presentations and represent the school to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate on marketing materials with Marketing Communications and prepare digital assets.
• Travel locally and nationally for recruitment events and conferences.
• Develop a calendar-based recruitment and outreach strategy.
• Organize regular professional development activities for the Admissions Office.
• Occasional night/weekend work and travel may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
