Job summary

Johns Hopkins University SAIS is seeking an Associate Director of Admissions to drive a strategic, comprehensive recruitment and enrollment initiative across its global campuses.

The role oversees the Admissions Fellows program and manages the Slate CRM communications, workflows, templates, and reporting, coordinating campaigns with SAIS teams and ensuring flawless event execution and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five years progressively responsible related experience required.
• Education may substitute with advanced degrees or additional education per JHU equivalency formula.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management of an area of specialization.
• Directly manage admissions staff, providing supervision, mentorship and professional development.
• Chair Admissions committee process and act as key decision maker for academic areas and programs.
• Deliver presentations and represent school/division to internal and external organizations.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications on development, production, and enhancement of all marketing materials and digital assets.
• Travel locally and nationally for recruitment fairs, conferences and organizations.
• Develop calendar-based strategy for recruitment and outreach.
• Organize regular professional development activities for the Admissions Office.
• Travel and night/weekend work may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.
