Job summary

Boston Conservatory at Berklee is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Admissions Services. You will coordinate national audition tours for Dance and Voice, plan on-campus auditions and yield events, and manage the applicant pipeline from inquiry to matriculation.

You will also oversee admissions analytics and website content, supporting recruitment across the country. The role requires 2–3 years in college admissions, strong event planning, and proficiency with Salesforce, TargetX,

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced college admissions environment
• Extensive large-scale event planning experience
• Experience with admissions systems (Salesforce, TargetX, Acceptd) and CMS websites

Responsibilities

• Audition logistics and event management for regional tours and on-campus events
• Manage applicant pipeline, registration, auditions, and document tracking
• Generate regular admissions analytics reports using TargetX, Salesforce and Acceptd
• Oversee website content for admissions-related pages and recruitment documents
