Qualifikationen

• Considerable knowledge of modern office management and accounting principles.
• Experience with budget preparation and financial management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.

• Manage all budgetary, financial, and accounting functions and prepare reports for revenue sources.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
• Serve as fiscal liaison between federal, state, and local sources for the department.
• Provide information and answers for audits of financial records or activities.
• Monitor various service contracts and processes.
• Respond to data system problems.
• Oversee information systems technical support and system security functions.
• Collaborate with agency leadership to meet strategic goals.
