Job summary

EY is seeking an Administrative Relationship Manager to build and sustain relationships with a large portfolio of PPMDDs, ensuring their administrative needs are met with high service quality. The role emphasizes cross-team collaboration, risk awareness, and proactive problem solving within a hybrid EY environment.

You will manage complex projects, leverage MS Excel dashboards, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to deliver client-focused outcomes and continuous process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience; 3 years managing complex projects and/or direct management of people.
• Experience with MS Office (particularly MS Excel), dashboards and ability to use reporting metrics as a method of storytelling through the data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs and understand their admin support needs.
• Act as main contact with PPMDDs and coordinate with local/nearshore management.
• Identify, track and address potential quality issues or exposures to risk.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in administrative interactions.
• Plan and execute projects requiring administrative support.
• Conduct PPMDD outreach to obtain feedback on administrative support experience.
