Job summary

EY is seeking an Administrative Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to develop and maintain relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors (PPMDDs) and ensure satisfaction with our administrative services.

You will serve as the main contact for 450+ PPMDDs, monitor performance, manage escalations, and work with nearshore and onshore teams to improve service delivery and efficiency while adhering to company policies and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience, including managing complex projects or people.
• Experience with MS Office, dashboards and ability to use reporting metrics as a storytelling method.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with PP MDDs and senior leaders.
• Act as main point of contact; monitor performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and service delivery.
• Coordinate with near-shore and on-shore teams to ensure governance and compliance.
