Job summary

EY is seeking an Administrative Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to develop and maintain long-term relationships with PPMDDs and ensure satisfaction with our administrative services. You will communicate strategically and collaborate across stakeholders to drive results.

In this hybrid role, you’ll monitor performance against service parameters, address issues, and lead process improvements while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing complex projects or people.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with 450+ PPMDDs to understand their administrative support needs.
• Act as the main point of contact with PPMDDs.
• Identify, track and address potential quality issues or risks.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with company policies in all administrative interactions.
• Collaborate with nearshore and onshore management to improve service delivery and innovation.
• Lead planning and execution of projects requiring administrative support.
• Conduct PPMDD outreach to obtain feedback on administrative support experience.
