Job summary

EY is seeking an Administrative Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to cultivate long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors, ensuring satisfaction with our administrative services. The role requires strategic thinking, outstanding communication, and the ability to coordinate with nearshore and onshore teams across a busy global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 6-8 years relevant experience; 3 years managing complex projects and/or direct management of people.
• Experience with MS Office (MS Excel), dashboards, and using reporting metrics to tell data stories.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with 450+ Partners/Principals/Directors to understand administrative support needs.
• Act as main point of contact with PPMDDs.
• Identify, track and address potential quality issues or risk exposures.
• Assist with challenging or out-of-scope requests or escalations.
• Develop strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in all interactions.
• Plan and execute projects requiring administrative support.
• Outreach to obtain feedback on service experience.
• Coordinate with nearshore and onshore management to improve service delivery.
