Job summary

EY is seeking an Administrative Relationship Manager, Supervising Associate, to develop and sustain long-term relationships with Partners, Principals, Managing Directors and Directors across the firm. The role emphasizes strategic collaboration, risk awareness, and effective service delivery in a high-volume environment.

You will monitor administrative performance, escalate issues as needed, and work with nearshore and onshore teams to optimize service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 6-8 years relevant experience, including project management and/or people management.
• Experience with MS Office (especially Excel), dashboards and storytelling with data.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with 450+ PPMDDs to understand administrative support needs.
• Act as main point of contact with PPMDDs and coordinate with nearshore/onshore management.
• Identify and address potential quality issues or risk exposures.
• Develop strategies to improve administrative processes and efficiency across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with company policies in all administrative interactions.
