Job summary

Nakupuna Prime is seeking a Project Manager to lead a 20-person administrative support team serving Office of the Secretary of War clients. The role includes managing a team of administrative professionals, building client relationships, and delivering training, SOPs, and high-quality project execution aligned with cost, schedule, and performance.

The ideal candidate has five years of relevant experience, DoD exposure, and a Bachelor’s degree. A TOP SECRET clearance and U.S.

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience working in or directly for the DoD is highly preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college is preferred.
• This position requires an active TOP SECRET security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support administrative teams across a portfolio of senior-level clients.
• Coach and mentor team members; manage personnel actions including recruiting, hiring, and performance plans.
• Provide project management and communications support on contracts, including at Pentagon and Mark Center locations; draft Monthly Status Reports and Project Status Review briefs.
• Oversee contract deliverables and compliance.
• Manage corporate project updates and burn plans, including contract financials.
• Collaborate with Senior Managers, IDIQ Project Manager, and other Leads to promote high quality service delivery.
• Engage with clients and CORs to obtain performance feedback regularly.
• Develop, deliver, and update trainings on administrative functions and customer service delivery.
• Strive to continuously improve processes and product delivery.
