Job summary

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of staff capacity experience analyzing and making recommendations on organization, systems, or budget.
• Or one (1) year at Staff Assistant I / Administrative Assistant I / Senior Departmental Personnel Assistant level with similar duties.
• Valid California Driver License or alternative transportation for essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze budget, programs and procedures and provide recommendations.
• Evaluate siting, leasing, equipment, and staffing for major facilities.
• Address complex organizational problems with interdivisional impact.
• Assume assigned specialized duties in department management.
• Support implementation of changes and write procedural manuals.
