Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking a Source Selection & Acquisition Strategy Support to join our fast-paced team supporting the U.S. Space Force and mission partners.

You will develop, evaluate, and manage acquisition strategies, provide source selection support, and advise contracting officers on procurement approaches and risk. The ideal candidate has a Top Secret/SCI clearance, 10+ years of government contracting experience, and a proven track record with FAR parts and complex negotiations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in Government contracting, acquisition strategy, source selection, or acquisition program support.
• Demonstrated contracting experience applying FAR Parts 8.4, 12, 13, 15, and 16.505 to Government acquisition activities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level briefings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and recommend acquisition strategies aligned with program objectives and regulations.
• Provide source selection and acquisition strategy support throughout the lifecycle from planning to award.
• Analyze acquisition requirements and risks to develop innovative, cost-effective solutions.
• Advise Government contracting officers on procurement approaches, contract types, and competition strategies.
• Prepare briefings, decision memoranda, and evaluation criteria communicating procurement risks and options.
