Job summary

Chenega Services and Federal Solutions, LLC (CSFS) is seeking an Acquisition Support Program Manager to lead a team providing procurement advisory services for the FDA Sentinel 3.0 program, coordinating with the COR and government leadership. This role supports transition planning, OCI mitigation, and compliance across the acquisition lifecycle.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of federal acquisition experience, with PMP preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field; 10+ years of related experience; knowledge of federal acquisition methods and techniques; PMP or equivalent desired.

Responsibilities

Provides overall program management and coordination for a portfolio of acquisition support services; primary point of contact for the COR.
Manage scheduling, staffing, deliverable tracking, QA, stakeholder communication, risk management, and reporting to government leadership.
Ensure contract performance aligns with task orders, milestones, and agency priorities.
Coordinate across acquisition workstreams and lead transition-in/out plans to ensure onboarding and knowledge transfer before contract closeout.
Oversee OCI mitigation and ensure compliance with procurement integrity and information security controls.
