Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study.
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience direct relatable Federal Acquisition role.
• Knowledge of federal acquisition methods and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop requirements and acquisition documentation (SOWs, PWSs, SOOs, IAAs, IGCEs, solicitation packages, evaluation plans) for various contract types.
• Assist in Acquisition Plans review and ensure compliance with laws, regs, and policies; train staff on procurement rules.
• Prepare IGCEs; support task order and call order documentation; assist in post‑award activities and OCI compliance.
