Job summary

Quantech seeks an Acquisition Strategy Principal Program Manager to support the C3I&N Directorate at Hanscom AFB, MA. This role leads acquisition strategy, planning, and documentation to meet cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

The candidate will plan and facilitate program exchanges with the office, stakeholders, and industry, develop RFP documents, and support program reviews and status updates for senior management.

Qualifications

• Clearance: SECRET
• Extensive DoD/DoDI 5000.2 knowledge and program planning experience
• 15+ years of related experience with DoD context
• Bachelor's degree and 20 years with 10 in DoD OR MA/MS with 10 in DoD

Responsibilities

• Develop acquisition strategy and documentation for DoD programs
• Plan, schedule and facilitate exchanges with the program office, stakeholders, and industry
• Assess schedule and cost baselines and recommend viable solutions
• Draft RFP documents and support program management reviews
• Analyze operations and drive process improvements
• Coordinate briefings and status schedules for senior management
