This full-time position requires a TOP SECRET clearance and 3 to 10 years of experience in DoD systems. Responsibilities include analyzing and measuring program effectiveness, assisting program management, and developing briefings for senior management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and strong communication skills. The salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $130,000.

• Ability to perform all functional duties independently.
• Strong writing skills for quality acquisition documentation.
