Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks an Acquisition Program Analyst for the Air Force, currently on-site at the Pentagon five days a week. You will support the SAF/AQ staffing and technical services team, lead analyses, and provide insights into the Defense Industrial Base.

Active clearance and extensive acquisition experience are required. Responsibilities include budget oversight, data analysis, program documentation, and briefings to senior stakeholders; you’ll coordinate with multiple offices and

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance, SCI eligibility.
• Master's degree in business or related discipline; 10+ years acquisition experience in a System Program Office or AF HQ.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), SharePoint, TEAMS; Adobe Reader/Pro.
• Strong public speaking and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HAF budget preparation, SAE oversight, and program execution activities.
• Maintain and analyze planning, scheduling, and management data.
• Study requirements, acquisition strategies, and program documentation; provide recommendations.
• Provide impartial assessments of programs approaching milestones and issues with prime contractors.
• Research program trends, identify issues, and propose solutions.
• Track funding allocation, goals, schedules, and program direction.
