Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in Education, Social Sciences, Higher Education, Assessment/Evaluation, or closely related field.
• Two (2) years’ of progressively responsible experience in higher education, assessment, institutional effectiveness, administrative support, reporting, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain institutional accreditation and assessment documentation.
• Collect, organize, and maintain evidence for accreditation reviews and assessment activities.
• Assist academic and student support departments with assessment information and annual reports.
• Monitor timelines and follow up with departments on required documentation.
• Compile assessment and student success data for reports and planning.
• Maintain files and databases to keep information accurate and accessible.
• Provide technical assistance and basic training on assessment processes and reporting requirements.
• Support committees and projects related to assessment, accreditation, and improvement.
