Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; engineering discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% nationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical solution development for multi‑system power monitoring and control environments across mission‑critical facilities.
• Engage with customer infrastructure and technology leadership to shape solution approaches upstream of procurement.
• Develop proposals, system overviews, scope documentation, and commercial‑ready solution packages with account executives and engineering resources.
• Navigate ambiguous solutioning scenarios where customer requirements are still forming, bringing structure and a credible point of view.
• Serve as a connective resource across Schneider Electric’s business units to bring the right internal expertise at the right stage.
• Maintain awareness of market and infrastructure trends and bring that perspective into customer conversations.
