Responsibilities

Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking aStrategic Accounts Relationship Manager to join our team. TheStrategic Accounts Relationship Manager will work closely with the Sales Account Managers in several key areas including:

  • Ensuring that schedules and budgets are met according to contractual agreements
  • Oversee the day-to-day relationship with the clients
  • Working with clients to cultivate future projects and qualify new opportunities
  • Consult with other team members (project management/services/support/customer care) to be sure mutual objectives are met
  • Administrative tasks, such as responding to requests for quotes and licenses, and facilitating internal operations by coordinating meetings with presales teams
  • Serve as a primary contact for resolving customer issues, serving as a direct escalation point to triage and resolve problems efficiently
Education / Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience
  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role; experience with managing and leading others preferred
  • Ideally combined background of pre and post sales and/or account management experience in software industry
  • Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers/users
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services, Support)
  • Demonstrable experience in problem solving
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
