Job summary

Fagron Nederland BV in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to support one or more Shared Services entities. You will run AR aging reports, post customer payments, reconcile ledgers, and resolve discrepancies with wholesalers, vendors, and customers.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 5 years of AR experience, and proficiency in Excel and Word, with familiarity in ERP systems and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or equivalent preferred.
• 5 years of accounts receivable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Analytical skills, strong organization, and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Run and review accounts receivable aging reports to identify and address outstanding accounts.
• Establish and cultivate relationships with wholesalers, vendors, internal and external customers.
• Post customer payments to the general ledger and reconcile the receivable ledger.
• Respond to internal and external requests promptly and professionally.
• Protect confidential information and support periodic audits.
