Job summary

Haz Tek Safety Management seeks a Project Manager in the Dallas, TX area to lead strategic accounts and oversee a field-based team of PSA professionals. The PM will drive project execution, quality deliverables, and client satisfaction while coordinating with HR, operations, logistics, and finance.

The role requires managing 30–50 remote PSAs and 3–4 regional Supervisors, with travel as needed to client sites and project locations.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience managing 10+ individuals.
• Three (3) years in project/operations management.
• Experience managing full employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end delivery of PSA services.
• Ensure adherence to client standards, policies and expectations.
• Coordinate resource hiring, onboarding, and start dates.
• Manage relationships with client stakeholders and project teams.
• Oversee time reporting, invoicing, and project metrics.
