Job summary

HazTek Inc is seeking a Project Manager in the Dallas area to lead delivery of PSA services and oversee a multi-site team of safety professionals. You will coordinate with sales, logistics, recruiting, and client stakeholders to ensure timely, quality project outcomes and staffing alignment.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and experience managing large teams in a safety-focused environment. Local travel and client liaison duties are expected.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience managing 10+ individuals.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and client needs.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of PSA services for strategic clients.
• Coordinate resources, scheduling, and onboarding of PSAs.
• Manage 30–50 remote PSAs and 3–4 regional Client Supervisors.
• Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Oversee performance, timesheets, and change management.
