Job summary

Hugel Aesthetics in Irvine, CA, is seeking a Senior Manager, U.S. Marketing - Strategic Accounts to lead marketing for high-volume, multi-location aesthetic accounts. You will partner with the Strategic Accounts sales team and tailor campaigns to each account’s goals.

This role develops integrated marketing plans, co-brand campaigns, and account-wide programs while balancing national brand consistency with local execution. Up to 70% travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; MBA a plus.
• 7-10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in aesthetics, medical devices, or consumer healthcare marketing.
• Experience in marketing at a strategic account or key account in aesthetics is required.
• Experience working on Cross Functional Promotional Review Committee and PRC/MLR processes for claims is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans for each strategic account, aligned to goals and Hugel brand strategy.
• Lead co-branded campaigns and manage co-op budgets with ROI reporting.
• Track program performance by account and location, and translate data into actionable insights.
• Ensure all materials meet regulatory, legal and medical review requirements and brand guidelines.
