Job summary

Hugel Aesthetics is seeking a strategic Finance Manager in Irvine, CA to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the US division. You will partner with leadership to drive insights, build forecast models, and manage P&L for the commercial business.

This is a highly visible role that interfaces with executives and cross-functional teams. Based in Irvine, the role begins with a 3-month onboarding in-office, reporting to the Senior Director of Finance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience supporting commercial organizations (sales, marketing, operations).
• Life sciences or healthcare experience, aesthetics a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget and quarterly forecasts with cross-functional leaders.
• Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Translate results into executive narratives and recommendations.
• Partner with operations on field analytics, distribution and logistics planning.
• Lead revenue planning and market modeling initiatives.
• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for strategic initiatives.
