Job summary

Hugel Aesthetics, based in Irvine, CA, is seeking a strategic Finance Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for the US Business Division. You will partner with leadership to provide financial insights that drive growth and operational excellence.

Reporting to Senior Director, Finance, you will own revenue modeling, P&L management, and the development of advanced financial models for strategic initiatives and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
• Experience supporting commercial organizations (sales, marketing, operations).
• Life sciences or healthcare industry preferred, aesthetics experience a strong plus.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and month-end close processes.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel; familiarity with financial planning tools.
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing or mentoring team members; startup/small company environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget and quarterly forecasts by partnering with functional leaders to align financial plans and models.
• Lead development of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for business unit reviews.
• Analyze and translate monthly financial results, perform variance analysis, and report drivers with clear narratives.
• Partner with commercial operations on field analytics, distribution planning and alignment of financial goals.
• Collaborate with leadership on revenue planning and market modeling.
