Location: Field based - ideally located in the Midwest-Iowa, Dakotas, MN, Nebraska
Ceva Animal Health is seeking a dynamic and strategic professional to join our Swine Business Unit as a Strategic Accounts Manager. This role will be responsible for building and managing key relationships with top-tier swine production systems, influencers, and channel partners to drive business growth and long-term partnership opportunities. The ideal candidate is commercially savvy, customer-centric, and passionate about advancing animal health solutions that make a difference.

*Willingness to travel regularly within assigned region and occasionally nationally.
Qualifications: |
Education - Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agribusiness, Veterinary Medicine, or related field; advanced degree (DVM, MBA) preferred.
Work Experience - 5+ years of experience in the animal health, livestock production, or agri-business industry, with a strong preference for swine-specific experience.
Physical Requirements: |
Willingness to travel regularly within assigned region and occasionally nationally.
Working Conditions: |
This is a field-based position requiring frequent travel (50-70%) to customer sites, production facilities, trade events, and internal meetings.
Work is conducted in a mix of environments, including:
*Must be able to adhere to on-farm biosecurity requirements and safety guidelines.
*May require occasional work outside of standard business hours to accommodate customer schedules or travel.
*Must be able to lift and carry materials (up to 30 lbs) occasionally, such as samples, promotional materials, or equipment.
*Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a vehicle for business travel are required.
