Job summary

Dow is building a network of qualified candidates for Customer Manager opportunities across our Commercial organization, with focus on Midland, MI and other U.S. locations. The role emphasizes managing accounts, executing sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and delivering market-driven strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 5+ years of relevant experience, and US work authorization. Travel may be required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military equivalent at or above US E5/Canadian rank.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Manage account portfolio and implement sales plans.
• Lead and coordinate customer relationships; understand customer needs and identify new clients.
• Input information in CRM and pricing systems per Dow processes.
• Manage sales contracts following Dow guidelines and regional requirements.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to hit volume and value goals.
• Collect market intelligence to shape sales and marketing plans.
• Lead negotiations and implement price changes and strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver CX results.
