Job summary

Dow is seeking a Demand Analyst to support our Commercial organization in Midland, MI. The role focuses on coordinating the monthly demand process, gathering and analyzing data, and managing allocations to maintain supply commitments.

The ideal candidate will bring a bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related experience, with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive accurate forecasts and effective planning across Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant ranking.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Must be able to work legally in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly Demand process by gathering, organizing, and analyzing demand data.
• Manage customer prioritisation and product allocation during regional order control situations.
• Manage monthly volume forecasts.
• OMP data management – tracking/managing allocations & forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Finance and Supply to resolve issues and opportunities to the plan.
