Job summary

Brown & Brown Insurance seeks a National Accounts - Account Executive to sustain a broad client book and oversee all SNS consulting services on absence and disability programs.

You will work to retain and grow client relationships, coordinating internal teams and external partners to deliver best-in-class service and strategic renewals. This role emphasizes proactive planning, cross-functional collaboration, and client-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a book of business in corporate insurance.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop renewal strategies and respond to RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Retain existing clients across the full book of business (Group Life, Disability, AD&D, Dental, Voluntary Benefits).
• Support expansion opportunities with current clients and capitalize on cross-sell potential.
• Oversee service delivery for the assigned book, coordinating internal and vendor resources as needed.
• Develop and manage client-specific business and renewal strategies to stay ahead of renewals.
