Go Fish Digital is seeking an Account Director to lead top client relationships and shape strategic direction across digital marketing programs. You will bridge client goals with internal execution, ensuring scalable, high‑quality delivery.

You'll mentor Account Strategists, drive growth opportunities, and collaborate with media, creative, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in client services or digital marketing.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Experience with ecommerce, B2B or Real Estate clients is a plus.
• Hands-on paid media experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client leadership and relationship management.
• Develop account strategies that drive performance and business impact.
• Oversee delivery and ensure on-time, in-scope work.
• Mentor Account Strategists and Senior Account Strategists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive programs.
• Identify opportunities for growth and upsell.
