Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, marketing, or related field.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Experience with digital marketing channels including SEO, GEO, email & SMS.
• Ability to manage multiple multi-channel campaigns and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day client contact and manage communications.
• Lead portions of client meetings and reporting walkthroughs.
• Own execution of timelines, deliverables, and workflows across accounts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (web, media, creative, analytics).
• Review deliverables for accuracy and ensure quality.
