Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customer sourcing.
• Coordinate customer shipping requirements with certified scheduling reports.
• Maintain customer demand in Wyman Gordon ERP system (dates, quantities, addresses).
• Prepare bids and negotiate specifications and contractual provisions.
• Coordinate and monitor scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of programs.
• Set up new account information and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure customer adherence to contract terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with different levels to solidify contract strategy.
