Job summary

Siena AI is seeking a Director of Strategic Accounts to own a portfolio of high-value clients and drive multi-departmental partnerships. You will report to the CEO and act as player-coach to accelerate retention and revenue expansion across Marketing, Operations, and E-commerce.

You will work from New York City or remotely in the US/London, joining an AI-native culture and leveraging modern tools like Claude Code to shape Siena’s internal operating system and strategic account playbook.

Qualifications

• Proven commercial track record owning measurable revenue with upsells, cross-sells and renewals.
• Experience managing complex enterprise multi-stakeholder accounts.
• Ability to run strategic conversations that influence direction, not just relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of $100K+ ARR accounts and secure long-term renewals through value-led discussions.
• Lead multi-team expansion initiatives across Marketing, Returns, and E-commerce.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to influence roadmap based on strategic needs.
