Primary duties include managing accounts payable, assisting with month end close, and performing standard accounting tasks such as entries, reconciliations, and filings. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and up to five years’ related experience are

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; up to five years’ related experience.
• Proficient in accounting principles and accounting software; strong communication and detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong business analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable using accounting software and other programs
• Unclaimed property processes and filings
• Analyze workflow processes and identify improvements
• Assist with month end close and monthly financials
• Process transactions and perform accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling accounts
