Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, MIS, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Required: 3+ years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, operations, or systems-related roles.
• Required: Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel), SQL and experience with financial/operational systems.
• Required: Effective communication and collaboration across teams.
• Required: Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Required: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates accounting, reporting, and operational processes by ensuring financial data is accurately processed and reflected in reports.
• Classifies, transforms, reconciles, and reports financial transactions per standards and internal policies.
• Delivers financial, regulatory, management, and operational reporting by analyzing data and partnering with stakeholders to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Supports audits, regulatory examinations, and internal controls by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance.
• Identifies and implements opportunities to improve efficiency, data quality, reporting effectiveness, and operations through standardization and automation.
• Establishes financial risk management through controls, risk escalation, and audit-ready documentation.
• Analyzes financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities to improve reporting and control execution.
• Monitors data quality, investigates discrepancies, and performs root-cause analysis with stakeholders.
