Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced Accounting & Operations Manager to lead financial and operational functions in Nevada. The role emphasizes GAAP-compliant financial reporting, hands-on SAGE100 experience, payroll processing, and team supervision within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include monthly close, bank reconciliations, W-2/1099 reporting, and overseeing AP/AR and benefits administration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial reporting/general ledger with GAAP
• Experience processing payroll for 100–200 employees preferred
• Strong knowledge of SAGE100 and MS Office
• Ability to supervise a small team and collaborate with HR

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting, GL structure, and accounting principles.
• Manage AP/AR and payroll processing.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and reporting.
• Handle W-2, 1095, 1099 reporting and payroll tax filings.
• Manage 401(k) and profit-sharing plans; renew insurance.
• Supervise AP/PR staff and coordinate with other departments.
