Qualifications

• Minimum five years of accounting experience, with supervisory exposure.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and handling large datasets.
• Excellent documentation and written skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Accounting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AR and AP knowledge and provide coverage as needed.
• Document all transactional processes and update SOPs.
• Manage corporate credit program and card transactions.
• Oversee payroll pass-through billing and client billings.
• Coordinate with HR/payroll on incentive programs.
• Assist with month-end close and improve processes.
