Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Finance Analyst to prepare reports and perform financial analysis to guide business decisions. This full-time role focuses on budgeting, data interpretation, and partnering with divisions to drive improvements.

Hybrid schedule with on-site presence required Tue–Thu and flexibility for remote Mon & Fri. Travel of ~10% may be necessary to support division locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 4–6 years of related experience or GED with 7–9+ years of specific experience.
• Master’s Degree or CPA preferred.
• This role requires strong analytical, reporting, and budgeting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial/operational reports and ad hoc financial analysis.
• Collect, analyze and interpret data to quantify financial opportunity and risk and communicate recommended actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis and partner with leadership to drive proactive solutions through process and technology improvements.
• Develop financial analysis tools to support management decisions.
• Assist in development of annual operating plans, divisional budgets and corporate budgets.
• Travel requirements of at least 10% to provide on-site support to division locations.
• Other duties as assigned.
