• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and internal controls.
• Experience in day-to-day accounting and scalable processes.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Big 4 experience a plus.
• QuickBooks Online experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain the general ledger and oversee AP/AR/invoicing.
• Assist with revenue recognition and contract review.
• Partner with operations and leadership to improve financial visibility.
• Assist in developing accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Maintain fixed asset records and track capital expenditures.
• Prepare financial analyses and management reports.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
• Maintain the general ledger and oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoicing.
• Assist with revenue recognition, contract review, and related accounting considerations.
• Partner with operations and leadership teams to improve financial visibility and reporting accuracy.
• Assist in the development of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Maintain fixed asset records and support capital expenditure tracking.
• Prepare financial analyses and management reports to support business decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, CPA is a plus
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting principles, and internal controls.
• Experience with both the execution of day-to-day accounting activities and the development of scalable processes and controls.
• Strong Microsoft Suite skills including advanced Excel skills
• Big 4 accounting experience a plus
• Quickbooks Online experience a plus

Determining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications.
