Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles.
• Experience leading or mentoring accounting professionals.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of accountants.
• Manage daily accounting operations including general ledger, reconciliations, fixed assets, and tax.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for timely reporting.
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and tax regulations; assess impact.
• Collaborate with leaders to improve financial and operational processes.
• Provide financial analysis and guidance to management for decision-making.
• Coordinate audit and tax preparation activities with external auditors.
