Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist leadership with annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning.
• Oversee pipeline reporting with accuracy and timeliness across teams.
• Own monthly financial reporting and variance analysis with actionable insights.
• Support month-end close activities including accrual analysis and reviews.
• Partner with department heads to monitor performance against budget and identify risks/opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial transparency and performance.
• Identify optimization opportunities in media performance through data analysis.
• Prepare executive-level presentations for leadership meetings and board reporting.
• Create slide templates, charts and graphs to enhance media reports.
