NACBA is seeking a Controller/Finance Lead to assist the RCFO Region CFO in securing financial operations and guiding the accounting department to align with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 5 years of accounts payable experience required, with 1+ year leading others preferred.
• Experience supervising accounting staff and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs work of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Accounting Associates.
• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Prepare Sysco weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Enter monthly journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Manage business license renewal processes and regulatory filings.
• Oversee the close of multiple sets of books and records.
• Ensure timely and accurate account reconciliations per Sysco requirements.
• Maintain and improve business processes for transactional activities.
• Support weekly reporting and forecast processes.
• Assist with annual Sysco budgets and profitability improvements.
• Identify opportunities to control costs and reduce expenses.
