Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 5 years of accounts payable experience; 1+ year leading others.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Accounting Associates.
• Prepare Sysco weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Enter monthly journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations.
• Manage business license renewals and oversee multiple close processes.
• Support weekly reporting and forecasting processes; assist with budgets.
• Identify opportunities to improve profitability and reduce costs.
• Prepare and file local tax returns and participate in the shrink committee.
