Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to lead and develop the corporate accounting team. The role focuses on close processes, internal controls, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, HR, Payroll, Legal, and global leaders. The position offers a hybrid work environment with in-office days.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, CPA, strong U.S. GAAP knowledge, and ERP experience (Oracle Fusion preferred).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with prior people leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, general ledger accounting, month-end close, and financial controls.
• ERP experience required; Oracle Fusion experience preferred.
• Public accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Manage and develop corporate accounting staff and shared services accounting resources.
• Oversee intercompany accounting, reconciliations, settlements, and issue resolution.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and variance analyses.
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and process documentation.
• Support audits, system implementations, and accounting transformation initiatives.
