Job summary

Managed Mobile, Inc. is seeking a Business & Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and business analysis for a growing organization with approximately $25M+ in revenue.

You will partner with the Director of Business & Accounting and executive leadership to drive accuracy, controls, and process improvements. This role requires a growth-minded leader with advanced QuickBooks experience, strong leadership, and the ability to develop teams while delivering timely

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• 2+ years of accounting leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including AR, AP, and PO.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports.
• Manage month-end close and ensure accuracy of general ledger.
• Lead KPI development, dashboards, and financial planning initiatives.
• Mentor Accounting and Office staff and support cross-functional initiatives.
